A fantastic opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic individuals to join our Adult Social Care teams based at our Civic Centre office. As a Resource Coordinator, you will provide a high-quality flexible resourcing service to our teams across our three service areas: Quality, Performance and Professional Development Service, Living and Ageing Well Service, and Whole Life Pathway Service. These roles have been created as part of our transformation programme to help deliver our vision, delivering a high-quality service that is fair and sustainable for the residents in Southampton.
About you:
* Have an excellent level of IT literacy and be able to use a range of digital media platforms and applications including MS Office.
* Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Have a strong customer focus with active listening skills.
* Be able to work on your own initiative and demonstrate creativity and innovation in problem-solving.
* Work cooperatively and effectively with others and as a team.
* Can work effectively and accurately under pressure.
* Be able to think about alternative ways of doing things and be open to new work practices and responsive to change.
