Your key responsibilities will include:
End-to-end Event Coordination: Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, from initial enquiry through to the final farewell including show rounds, proposals, contracts, and post-event follow-up.
Client Relationships: Be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for clientsoffering tailored advice, creative solutions, and five-star service from start to finish.
Sales Focus: Confidently convert enquiries into bookings, upselling where appropriate to maximise revenue while keeping the guests needs at heart.
Diary & System Management: Maintain accurate booking records using our systems like Opera, ensuring smooth communication across all departments.
On-the-Day Coordination: Oversee key events to ensure everything runs like clockwork and last-minute surprises are handled calmly and professionally.
Feedback & Improvement: Gather guest feedback, share key insights with the team, and work together to elevate our service and guest journey even further.
