Key duties and requirements include:
1. Training and Development of each Asset Management team ensuring all Assets are consistently managed to a high standard.
2. Conduct regular property inspections alongside Asset Managers.
3. Auditing Asset Management teams ensuring each city is meeting KPIs.
4. Reporting weekly and monthly to Senior Management Team.
5. Audit and quality check contractors' works.
6. Take lead on Organising end of Tenancy check-outs and deposit returns processes ensuring processes are reviewed to build efficiency.
7. Offering investment advice alongside Asset Manager on landlords' current and new portfolios.
8. Collaborate with the Accounts team and Financial Director to ensure KPIs on the budgets and P&L are met across the business.
9. Assist with the accounts team to ensure landlord, tenant and contractor ledgers are updated and correct.
Essential skills:
1. Excellent organisational skills.
2. Excellent communication skills in order to provide a high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
3. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to report at all levels.
4. ARLA Qualified to level 3 minimum.
5. Experience & knowledge of the Property & Lettings Industry.
6. Experience in dealing with high-end stakeholders and educating on investments.
7. Experience & knowledge in nationwide property markets.
8. Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative.
9. Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
10. Flexible and adaptable in approach to work.
Additional information
Details:
● Hours of work: 40 hours per week
● Starting Salary: £35,000-£45,000
● Nationwide travelling to all cities
● Driving licence required and personal car preferred.
