After successfully implementing HubSpot as their core CRM platform, our client looking for an experienced professional to ensure its continued optimisation and seamless operation. About the Role: As our clients CRM Manager, you will be the go-to expert for all things HubSpot. Your primary responsibilities will include: Customisation of the CRM platform to fit the needs of the business and ensure it aligns with business objectives. Provide technical support, investigate and resolve reported issues or defects within the CRM system. Maintaining data integrity across the system to ensure accuracy and reliability. Managing licences and access levels to ensure compliance and security. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business decisions Supporting and training users across the organisation to maximise HubSpot adoption. Collaborating with key business areas to identify opportunities for software optimisation and adoption of the product and roll out of new features About You: We are looking for someone who is: Highly experienced in HubSpot CRM (At least 1-2 years recent working experience with the product, with demonstrable expertise in its administration and optimisation. Evidence of experience in CRM customisation, automation and process improvements Detail-oriented and proactive in maintaining system integrity and addressing issues. Skilled in managing user licences, permissions, and system reporting. A strong communicator with the ability to support and train users across various functions. Familiarity with other sales and marketing tools (6sense, Honch, Sales Nav) would be an advantage Based in the UK, with recent and relevant experience in a similar role.
