SALES ADMINISTRATOR – CHORLEY – PERMANENT – UP TO 24K PER ANNUM
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a successful distribution company, This company has a wide range of products and the role involves speaking to a varied client base to manage the order process from start to finish. Key duties will include:
1. Liaising with customers via telephone and email
2. Processing orders
3. Dealing with single item orders to large projects
4. Using inhouse systems
5. Dealing with stock queries
6. Organising deliveries
7. Following up quotations
8. Keeping customers up to date on the progress of their order/any products delayed
9. Following up sample request and trying to convert to a sale
Hours of working
10. Monday-Friday
11. 8:30am-4:30pm
The ideal candidate will be comfortable calculating dimensions of orders, be friendly, confident over the phone and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
