We are looking for a driven and results-focused Specification Sales Executive to join our growing team. By engaging proactively with key stakeholders in the sector, you’ll identify opportunities to offer impactful solutions and help shape the future of renewable energy in the UK and beyond.
Drive Sales Growth: Ensure the company’s products are the preferred specification for Offshore Wind Farm projects, increasing adoption through strategic written specifications.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels, from engineers to project managers and senior stakeholders.
Lead the Sales Pipeline: Manage the sales process, ensuring the pipeline is healthy and all project specifications are effectively tracked and valued.
Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events and through marketing channels, strengthening the brand’s presence within the sector.
Collaborate for Innovation: Work closely with the Engineering and Marketing teams to develop and launch new products that meet the evolving needs of the market.
Share valuable insights and customer feedback with the leadership team to support strategic decision-making and product development.
A Specification Sales professional with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a technical or engineering-related sector.
A strategic thinker who understands the sales process and how to drive sustainable growth in a competitive market.
Adaptability and flexibility to work across different sales environments and engage with diverse customers.
