Job summary We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated clinician with excellent communication and clinical skills to join our Memory Assessment Service in High Weald, Lewes and Havens. You must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible in approach and able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will possess excellent communication skills, a sound clinical knowledge base and a commitment to caring for patients. As part of the team, you will be required to carry out cognitive assessments within a clinic or patients' home, refer/signpost to additional support/health services, produce accurate assessment records and provide relevant advice and guidance to our patients/carers/ family members. This post will suit a Registered Mental Health or a Registered Occupational Therapist. The post holder will work across three sites, Grove House Crowborough, Millwood Uckfield and Hill Rise Newhaven. The post is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Part-time hours will be considered. You will need to be able to travel across sites.
