Website Management : Product owner of the apetito.co.uk website. Management and optimisation through continuous SEO, UX and UI improvements to ensure the website continues to be the best possible window to apetito. B2B Acquisition Support through the design and development of campaign landing pages in support of paid brand awareness and lead generation campaigns. Curation of an SEO-rich apetito website newsfeed. Organic Social Media Management : Build, execute and community manage our corporate social media content calendar with focus on LinkedIn and X (Twitter). Digital Brand Reputation : Monitoring and management of brand reputation on digital platforms including TrustPilot, GlassDoor and Google. Community management of relevant digital platforms. Cross-functional Collaboration : Support and work alongside several key areas of the business from corporate marketing (including recruitment and brand) to commercial marketing (including Care Homes, Education, Healthcare). Work closely with the PR and Content teams ensuring a consistent and timely delivery of digital content across all platforms. Collaborate with our internal IT department and digital website agency to support website management. Analytics and Reporting : Analyse website and social media performance using digital analytics tools, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance digital marketing efforts. Visit and Event Support : Provide digital expertise and hands-on support alongside our internal IT department to ensure the optimal digital showcase of the business in our Visitor Centre. Wider Business Support : The apetito Marketing team support and collaborate with the wider business on numerous other projects so you will be expected to step outside the digital world and contribute at internal and external events, conferences and more. Essential Qualifications and Experience: Demonstratable experience in website and/or organic social media management. Current knowledge of website management and analytical tools. Current knowledge of organic social media (LinkedIn and X) management tools. Project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. A creative thinker and idea generator. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both digitally and face-to-face. Desirable Qualifications and Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. CIM (or similar) qualification in Digital Marketing. Relevant digital certifications. Account management (either of an agency or client) Experience in project management. Experience B2B/corporate marketing, FMCG and/or the food industry. Adobe Creative Cloud experience. Driving licence. Personal Qualities: Results-orientated: Analytical, objective thinker.
