The Role Job Overview: The Field Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing in-store activities to enhance product visibility and optimise retail performance. This role involves managing a field team, driving sellout within respective regions and overseeing in-store execution, whilst analysing key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. The Field Project Manager will also ensure seamless project rollouts, including any follow up required, maintaining crucial databases, and act as a key liaison between store operations and internal stakeholders. Field Project Manager is also responsible for working with marketing assets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage store visit plans, prioritising key locations. Coordinate field activities, supporting merchandisers and area managers. Track and report field performance, refining execution strategies. Ensure compliance with display and quality standards. Conduct store visits, audits, and competitive analysis including monthly warehouse checks and report findings. Align field efforts with strategic business goals. Oversee POSM tracking, installations, and logistics coordination. Manage Salesforce operations and reporting. Execute special field projects and optimize workflows. Provide insights and best practices to enhance in-store execution. Plan, monitor and ensure timely installation of displays, coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams. Maintain up-to-date records of store visits, display tracking, warehouse stock and all trackers Oversee logistics for shipments and deliveries to retailers and installation specialists. Provide strategic recommendations to optimise operational workflows. Skills & Experience: Essential: Strong project management skills with experience in field operations, merchandising, or retail execution being desirable. Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage multiple activities simultaneously. Proficiency in analysing data, interpreting scorecards, and making data-driven decisions. Strong leadership and communication skills for managing and supporting field teams. Ability to liaise and build relationships with various stakeholders, including suppliers, retailers, and logistics teams. Attention to detail in maintaining and updating crucial databases. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools. A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work independently and drive results Desirable: Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for project tracking and reporting. Knowledge of retail environments and in-store marketing execution. Experience in consumer goods, FMCG, or retail industries. Familiarity with competitive analysis and market trends.
