Strong administrative skills, including: Rota management, scheduling, and organising holiday requests. Monitoring sickness and arranging cover when necessary to ensure seamless operations. Inventory tracking and maintaining accurate records for equipment maintenance and team training. Support the Creation & Entertainment Management in delivering high production standards. Drive the technical magic behind Potters Theatre Company shows, guest acts, and resort events, ensuring every performance shines with seamless production and unforgettable moments. Coordinate the setup, operation, and maintenance of audio, lighting, video, and stage equipment. Maintain high standards in equipment care, ensuring preventative maintenance is scheduled and completed. Assist in programming, operating and maintaining key technical systems, including: Audio: DiGiCo Quantum/SD series consoles, Resort wide DANTE/Netgear AV Network, Shure ULXD & PSM100 RF, Allen & Heath AVANTIS SQ5 and AHM venue/resort BGM Matrix mixers Lighting: GrandMA3, Avolites Titan, Robe, Luminex Video: Hippotizer media servers, Blackmagic video switchers/mixers, Novastar video wall processors, Just Add Power AVOIP video distribution Show Control: QLab, SMPTE/MIDI timecode synchronization/distribution Manage backstage operations, including running an evening as Stage Manager (when required). Coordinate and lead the transport, setup, and strike of equipment across multiple resort locations, ensuring every event runs flawlessly. Deliver top-tier technical support for corporate functions and events, creating seamless and impactful experiences. Mentor and develop the Tech Crew team, enhancing their skills and efficiency to elevate every production. Champion safety and excellence by ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety protocols across all technical operations. Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (dependant on experience)
