Overview
We are seeking a candidate who has a passion to become part of a small team of family lawyers. The candidate will be expected to take direction, learn practices and procedures relevant to family law and preferably wish to go on to pursue a career as a paralegal/specialist lawyer.
The ideal candidate will possess a can-do attitude, be able to take instruction and show commitment to the job.
Responsibilities
1. At all times to exercise discretion.
2. Have an excellent grasp of grammar and a high level of spelling proficiency.
3. Focus on client satisfaction.
4. Proficient in administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
5. Ability to analyse information critically to support decision-making processes.
6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
7. Proficient in standard office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office and Excel).
8. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills.
