New - an exciting 12 month fixed term contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Associate to join a leading international firm based in London.
We would like to speak with experienced Employment Associates who can demonstrate a minimum of 5-6 years experience advising across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
You will ideally have received exposure to complex cases which may include discrimination, whistle-blowing, unfair dismissal and breach of restrictive covenants.
The Chambers-rated Employment practice advise on all aspects of employment law, including:
* Recruitment issues, drafting contracts and policies
* Disciplinary and grievance matters
* Workplace investigations
* Workplace audits
* Business transfers and TUPE implications
* Restructuring and redundancies, including collective consultation
* Restrictive covenants, team moves and injunctive procedures in the High Court
* Employment tribunal claims
* Complex discrimination claims including age, sex, race, religion or belief, disability, sexual orientation and gender reassignment
* Harassment
* Capability and performance processes and outcomes
* Ill health and disability related challenges
* Protected disclosures (whistleblowing)
* Senior executive on-boarding, exits and rewards
* Issues of confidentiality and post termination restrictions
* Providing tech solutions to problems where appropriate
