About you: You are a proactive, detail-oriented sourcing professional with a passion for connecting talented individuals to opportunities across the technology sector. Skilled in communication, organisation, and candidate sourcing, you excel at building relationships, managing recruitment processes, and leveraging tools like LinkedIn, job boards and ATS software. With a keen eye for talent and a focus on delivering positive experiences, you thrive in fast-paced environments and contribute to team success and growth. Day-to-day, you will: Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through platforms like job boards, LinkedIn, and social media; build and maintain pipelines for entry-level sales and marketing roles. Recruitment Coordination: Post job openings, screen CVs, and organise interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships, conduct phone screenings, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Administrative & Market Insights: Maintain accurate ATS records, prepare recruitment reports, track KPIs, and stay updated on market trends to enhance sourcing strategies. Your skills and experiences might also include: Prior experience in recruitment (in-house or agency), talent sourcing, or HR administration is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities efficiently. What are we all about?
