Who You Are As a Business Partner in Human Resources, you will have a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent and associate membership of the CIPD. You are expected to have notable experience in HR within a multi-disciplined environment, with proven capabilities in handling organizational change and providing operational HR advice. Personally, you are credible, determined, resourceful, and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, with a readiness to challenge the status quo and lead by example. What the Job Involves The main purpose of the job is to provide professional HR advice, guidance, and support to service heads, managers, and Governors. This involves supporting a range of strategic and operational HR projects, including the development and implementation of policies. You will deliver comprehensive employment advice, contribute to policy development, support workforce planning, and collaborate on recruitment strategies. Further responsibilities include advising on employee relations, managing change consults, and facilitating training sessions. Working with the teams, you will contribute to creating shared and integrated services, attend safeguarding meetings, and provide guidance during disciplinary cases.
