Are you a scheduler interested in sustainable technology?
We are looking for an experienced Planner/Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing the schedules between our Site Operatives and our Clients. The Planner/Scheduler will also be responsible for coordinating resources, communicating with stakeholders, and identifying potential risks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised and has strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain detailed plans and schedules.
* Track schedule progress and identify potential issues.
* Analyse scheduling data to identify trends and potential problems.
* Develop strategies to improve scheduling efficiency and performance.
* Coordinate with Clients and Site Operatives to ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Monitor and report on progress to management.
* Programming labour for project and housing sites
* Ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with established standards.
Requirements:
Ability to manage multiple task simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Confidence with working in a team or alone
