This role will be reporting into the Head of People Services and building the people metrics from scratch! The organisation have a keen appetite to be able to become more data savvy but haven't had the capability in the team to support this appetite until now!The role will be c75% data reporting, data manipulation, analysing trends and providing MI to the People Leadership Team, and c25% working on the HRIS.This will be a standalone role in a HR centre of excellence to drive the HR data agenda forward and create dashboards and reports for the very first time. You will be working with a very capable and well respected HR team and play a key role in supporting each and every specialism within the HR centre of excellence.So, what's the role?
