Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Property Help Desk Manager at Charterhouse Property Solutions in King's Lynn. The Help Desk Manager will be responsible for overseeing client support, engineer support, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.
You will manage a team of Helpdesk Coordinators focusing on:
* Engineer diary management / job booking
* Ensuring client SLAs are met
* Communicating to clients
* Material orders
* Portal/CRM management
Qualifications
* Support and Help Desk Support skills
* Construction knowledge preferred
* Engineer diary management
* Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
* Troubleshooting abilities (construction/property)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Problem-solving skills
* Experience in a similar role is preferred
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
