We are recruiting an exciting role; Accounts Receivable Officer, based from our Bristol city centre offices. TEG is a global leader in Live Entertainment, Ticketing, Digital & Data. In Europe some of our recent events have included Snoop Dogg, Michael Bublé, UB40, Busted, Culture Club, Bryan Adams and Girls Aloud, along with experiential attractions including Marvel’s Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. and The Brickman LEGO® exhibition. The Role As our Accounts Receivable Officer for TEG Europe, you will: • Work with inter-departmental team members and external venues on post-show reporting; • Close off venue & touring ticket revenue & expenses by raising sales invoices and/or passing accounts payable items to the AP team for processing; • Process ticketing revenue from various agencies; • Support the Tour Finance Accountant and Venue Finance Manager with accurate reporting; • Oversee aged debt management and credit control; • Post income receipts; • Prepare and reconcile monthly ageing reports; • Continually look for finance process improvements; Requirements The Person We’re looking for someone who has: • Financial experience and systems knowledge • Medium to Advance level of Excel skills • High attention to detail and problem solving skills • Ability to develop strong working relationships • Excellent planning and organisational skills • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment, working to multiple deadlines and projects Benefits So, what does TEG offer?
