Do you hold a CIPD qualification? Have you got HR experience? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client for a HR/Administration Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential administrative support to the Practice Manager and play a key role in the core management of the firm. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks, including project work, making this a dynamic position. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Assist in the administration of employee wellness schemes. Support the recruitment process by advertising positions, drafting job descriptions, liaising with agencies, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews. Prepare documents for new staff and assist in the onboarding programme. Help in delivering and organising training across the firm. Maintain compliance and client care records, organise compliance reviews, and meetings. Assist in the preparation for Practising certificates, accreditation renewals, and insurance renewals. Support the Marketing Executive in organising events. Manage supplier relationships, facilities, and contract renewals. Provide IT support to staff. Carry out any other administrative or management duties as required by the Practice Manager. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar administrative role is desirable. HR experience is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Effective planning and task prioritisation skills. Good interpersonal skills, able to work well within a team or with various stakeholders. Willingness to work across two offices. Must hold a valid UK driving licence. Personal Qualities: Calm, approachable, and confident. Extremely organised and capable of multitasking. Autonomous, with the ability to take responsibility.
