The right candidate will join a close-knit team providing support to our clients customers to ensure their businesses are always operational. In this role, no day is ever the same. You will have a wide variety of tasks that will require your eye for detail and determination to resolve complex issues. Although telephony and IT experience are desirable, it’s not essential as our client will teach you all the skills you need to know. You will be responsible for: Providing telephone and email support to customers. Diagnosing and taking ownership of faults Working with third party suppliers to manage new orders and faults. Provisioning new and managing existing orders and maintaining existing customers, managing multiple orders. Capturing and logging information accurately in our customer database. Providing progress updates to key stake holders at project milestones. Occasional site visits to assist with installations and diagnosing faults. Raising ad-hoc invoices for department purchases working on occasion with our finance team.
