As a Facilities Manager/M&E Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of commercial properties in the Bristol area. Your main responsibilities will include conducting surveys, assessing costs, obtaining sub-contractor quotes, managing maintenance contracts, and overseeing all projects related to our clients' properties. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background industry and possess excellent project management skills. You should also have a good understanding of property maintenance and be able to conduct defect diagnosis. A good eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills are also important qualities we are looking for in our ideal candidate.
