These include payroll, online accounting, pay and bill services for the recruitment sector, time and billing software, and company secretarial. The company both develops and supports its own applications as well as implementing other solutions.
About the role
We are looking to hire a HR Implementation Specialist ideally with knowledge and experience in HR or the recruitment industry. You will join our Pay & People team to primarily implement our in-house developed cloud-based HR software solution for our clients and assist with other HR services for our clients. This is a client-facing role so you will need to have a commercial approach with good communication skills.
About the job
You will be responsible for the implementation of our cloud-based HR software services for new and existing clients. Being the client's primary point of contact you will liaise with and provide support to the client during the implementation, facilitate knowledge transfer to the client and apply your knowledge and experience to the understanding of the client's requirements and the solving of problems and issues. You will work closely with clients and the Pay & People team but also liaise with the wider Sales, Account Management, Development and Support teams where necessary.
About the ideal candidate
You will ideally have experience in HR software and implementations and come from an HR or recruitment industry background. You will demonstrate strong IT skills along with good communication and team working skills and a willingness to learn.

* Strong IT skills and ability to quickly learn new software
* Good team working skills with the ability to share workload and tasks
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
* Effective verbal and written communications skills
* Confident presenting remote (Microsoft Teams) training sessions with clients.
* Previous software implementation experience
* Knowledge of the HR, Payroll or Recruitment industry and any related software solutions.
