Duties include: Handling and prioritizing incoming calls in accordance with client-specific procedures. Managing outbound calls and promptly responding to all emails received through the Helpdesk. Accurately entering and maintaining records across all internal databases. Proactively addressing priority tasks and assisting with follow-up actions on the Helpdesk dashboard. Reporting any issues with equipment to the management team. Supporting supervisors and management as needed, including attending training sessions. Ensuring all staff and visitors adhere to health, safety, and security policies. Experience: Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in customer service and IT proficiency. A high level of attention to detail and a professional telephone manner.
