Service Advisor Required in the Crawley, West Sussex Area
Salary up to £28,330 + £7k + uncapped Bonus = £36,000 annual salary
Hours: 8.00 – 6.00pm Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota

They are looking for an experienced and established Service Advisor who has at least 2 years main dealership experience to join their expanding customer service team. Within this Service Advisor role your typical duties will include:
* Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with technicians
* Liaison with customers about any additional work required
* Greeting customers and scheduling services
* Estimating time and costs associated with repairs
* Handling customer complaints
* Responding to customer requests
* Tracking the vehicle through the workshop
