We’re looking for a new Flows Transport Admin to support all activities inbound and outbound on the AM shift. A DAY IN THE LIFE Own the Goods Receipt Process: Be the gatekeeper of our inventory, ensuring all incoming stock from our factories is accurately received and logged into our system. Drive Warehouse Efficiency: Contribute to the smooth flows of stock by working in the split-down area, prioritize tasks, and work closely with PLV teams to maintain a seamless flow of goods. Champion Quality Control: Conduct 100% quality checks on inbound stock, identifying and reporting any factory or supplier non-conformance to drive continuous improvement in quality standards. Deliver Performance Insights: Support Team Leaders by generating comprehensive reports that showcase the productivity and efficiency of the goods receiving process. Maintain strong Record accuracy: Guarantee the accuracy, proper processing, and secure archiving of all relevant documentation. Resolve Goods Receipt Queries: Investigate and analyze discrepancies in goods receipt, resolving queries efficiently and effectively. Support Operational Excellence: Be a team player, providing support for goods issuing and other tasks as needed to ensure smooth warehouse operations. WHO YOU ARE Organized & Proactive: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling tasks and priorities with ease. Your logical approach to problem-solving helps you anticipate challenges and implement proactive solutions. Eager to Learn: You have a knack for systems, with experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), particularly SAP/ Manhattan, or a strong willingness to learn. Adaptable & Results-Oriented: You're comfortable assessing changing priorities and adjusting your workflow to meet deadlines. Strong Excel and analytical skills help you make data-driven decisions.
