We are seeking a dedicated SENCo to lead and manage the SEND provision across the school. Day-to-day of the role: Lead the strategic development of the school's SEND policy and provision. Provide support, training, and guidance to colleagues to foster inclusive practices. Oversee the management of EHCPs, referrals, assessments, and tailored interventions.
