An established Fashion supplier is seeking a dynamic, and results-driven Kids wear Sales Manager. This is a new role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and maintain relationships with key partners to expand their market place presence. Previous background in Buying would be advantageous for this role.
Responsibilities
* Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential retailers and e-tailers to enhance sales opportunities.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
* Lead negotiations and close deals with retailers and e-tailers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
* Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management, suggesting improvements where necessary.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to retail partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Experience
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the kidswear apparel industry.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
