How will you contribute to our team?
We have a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and friendly Customer Services team consisting of approximately 29 members of staff who act as the first point of contact for our customers. You will work as part of a smaller team of 6-7 colleagues, responsible for supporting a designated business region; managing inbound calls, quotation requests, orders and guiding your key customers to ensure they are buying the right products to meet their order requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of the customer journey and maximising opportunities for business growth through strong customer service. You will enjoy variety, being busy and working as part of a close-knit team.
The role is fast-paced, working between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Salary
£24,626.89 gross per annum.
