The Trussell Trust Food Bank Project is a partnership between Citizens Advice West Oxfordshire, North Oxfordshire, Oxfordshire South and Vale and the four Oxfordshire Trussell Trust Food Banks in Witney, Banbury, Bicester and Abingdon.
Reporting to a Projects Manager, the post holder will be part of a virtual county advice team that aims to deliver advice to people referred by the Trussell Trust Partners in Oxfordshire.
You may be office based locally, or partially home based. You will deliver advice through multiple channels including telephone, video and face to face which may include home visits. You may be asked to deliver advice appointments at local food banks or other locations in your district area.
Job Details
1. Hours: 18.5 per week
2. Duration: Maternity leave
3. Salary: £25,592 – £27,166 annual salary pro rata, based on qualification and experience
4. Pension: We offer an auto-enrolment workplace pension scheme, details on appointment
5. Holiday: 23 days pro rata plus Bank Holidays pro rata, plus additional long service leave after 4 full years completed
6. Based at: Work is based in Witney, but any additional travel above home to work can be claimed at £0.45 per mile
7. Other: A laptop will be provided along with any other essential equipment

Interviews are expected to be on Friday 02 May 2025 and will take place at Cottsway Housing Association, Citizens Advice Hub, 2nd Floor, Cottsway House Avenue 2 Station Lane, Witney Oxfordshire OX28 4YG.
