As a Strategic Business Consultant, you will be part of a team that works closely with clients to gather and translate requirements, drive impactful change, and digitise business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with end users and stakeholders to discuss and define requirements.
* Lead and facilitate workshops to refine requirements and explore potential solutions.
* Collaborate across departments, including with Product Owners, Architects, and Developers.
* Provide development teams with detailed user stories, ensuring clarity on expectations two sprints ahead.
* Investigate client activities, test systems, and deliver competitive commercial solutions.
* Promote user-focused design by maintaining continuous engagement with end users.
* Support Product Owners and business teams in overcoming challenges, from initial design through to implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Agile principles, methodologies, and practices.
* Experience in systems and business analysis, including the ability to draw process maps, write user stories, and epics.
* Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze technical and non-technical data, documenting solutions to meet specific outcomes.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
* Excellent communication skills, both with clients and internal teams.
* High level of analytical ability and meticulous attention to detail.
* Confidence in gathering, refining, and managing client requirements.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and within strict deadlines.
* Willingness to coach non-client facing team members on stakeholder engagement.
Estimated Salary:
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The salary range is based on national averages for similar roles in the UK and takes into account factors such as location, industry, and level of experience.
