The Housing Support Grant (HSG) is a new pilot project supporting clients with drug and alcohol issues who are also at risk of losing their tenancy. To be eligible, clients need to be in temporary, supported, emergency or private rented accommodation.
You will be a resilient and committed individual who has an understanding of the problems faced by individuals finding themselves homeless or in insecure accommodation.
We work alongside the community teams and with external agencies to support our clients to prevent homelessness. The focus is to support in any way that the client needs to help them remain accommodated.
Should you be successful in your application, you will be required to provide 3 years worth of references and where applicable, will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
