Salary: Up to £47,008 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
* Lead a team of Family Assessment Workers to deliver high-quality services to children and families
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes for service users
* Collaborate with external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for families
* Maintain accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure best practice
Requirements:
* Registered Manager qualification or equivalent
* Proven experience in a related field, preferably in social care or child protection
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
