2nd Line IT Support Engineer - Dudley (Hybrid)
Due to continued growth, a leading IT Consultancy based in Dudley is looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join the team.

Key Skills required:
1. Previous experience in either a support desk or field/customer facing role
2. Windows Server 11-10 OS & Desktop OS experience
3. O365 administration e.g. SharePoint, OneDrive
4. Azure AD
5. Networking - good experience with firewall technologies, VPNs etc
6. Proven experience troubleshooting and diagnostic experience via logs, tickets and reports
It would be highly advantageous if the ideal candidate has experience with Hyper-V or VMware, and backup technologies such as Veeam.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Administering 1st & 2nd Line support requests, accurate call logging, and relevant escalation when necessary. Working closely with the other Service Desk team in a collaborative environment and line management whilst sharing experience and skills where applicable.
