Band 3 Team Administrator - Infection Control Team

The post holder will work closely with the Infection Prevention and Control Team and the Lead for Infection Prevention and Control, and other members of the administrative team to provide an efficient and effective service. In addition, the post holder will be required to work autonomously, managing their work duties with minimal supervision, making decisions and prioritising work for the team.
Main Duties of the Job
1. To be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the team's administrative services.
2. To organise, attend and record minutes of meetings as required.
3. Where directed, arrange meetings/interviews, compile agendas, produce minutes and progress action from minutes as required.
4. Arrange appointments for team members, manage diary of team and book rooms.
5. Ensure accurate filing systems and timely retrieval of all documentation throughout the department.
6. Manage the Infection Prevention and Control mailbox.
7. Produce, monitor and update the Infection Prevention & Control audit dashboard using Microsoft Excel.
