In this role, you will: Oversee financial control and forecasting, ensuring the organisation remains in an outstanding financial position. Lead on financial planning, working closely with key stakeholders to improve scenario planning and the accuracy of projections. Manage and develop the finance team, including the Head of Finance and wider finance function, ensuring a strong customer-focused approach. Act as a key liaison for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and effective financial governance. Work closely with the Head of Estates to oversee maintenance expenditure and capital projects. Support budget holders across the organisation, ensuring financial information is effectively communicated and understood. Lead the finance business partnering function and drive cultural improvements within the team. Play a critical role in the annual budget-setting process, working closely with senior leadership to align financial planning with organisational goals.
