Pay-Rate - ££ per hour (Subject to experience)
Hours: Part-Time 3 days a week 08:30 - 15:30
Protocol Education is looking for a thriving Primary School in Swindon and surrounding areas for a candidate to support pupils with complex needs.
This role will suit a candidate who is committed to working positively to provide the best learning opportunities for every child.
We are looking for someone who can build positive relationships with pupils and possesses a range of effective, positive behaviour management skills. We can offer the successful candidate experience working in a large school with experienced, skilled staff and a supportive pastoral team.
Experience is desirable but not essential; the right candidate should be adaptable, proactive, and positive.
The successful applicant will:
1. Deal with situations calmly and sensitively
2. Be creative and ‘think outside of the box’ in their approach to supporting pupils with additional needs
3. Be enthusiastic about pupils' academic, social, and emotional needs
4. Have a supportive and encouraging attitude to inspire trust and motivate students
5. Be confident in liaising with other staff and parents/carers
6. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
