If so, we are looking for a self-motivated individual to work with us to manage and continue to develop our Main Outpatient Department.
The outpatient departments are busy and rewarding environments to work in. Working alongside Service Managers and Matron along with Specialist Nurses, Qualified Nurses, Assistant Practitioners, Health Care Assistants and administrative teams, you will be fully supported in this exciting role. The role requires you to be a problem solver, to be flexible, resilient and forward thinking.
Main duties of the job
Management and leadership of outpatient dept.
It is essential that the post holder will have a nursing qualification, working with the clinical team to maintain a high level of clinical experience and ensure that outpatient performance targets are achieved and sustained including some waiting list management. You will work with a multidisciplinary team of staff on a daily basis to ensure the highest levels of patient care and experience are achieved.

EXPERIENCE
* Varied experience in Nursing
* Evidence of leadership and development
* Experience of working autonomously and managing a clinical caseload

Qualifications and training
* RN NMC registrant
* BSc (Hons) Degree
* Recognised teaching qualification
