The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Director to lead and grow our high-performing sales team across three offices. The successful candidate will oversee the sales of UK off-plan properties to international investors and owner-occupiers, ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. This role requires a strategic leader with proven experience managing multiple sales teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Real estate experience is not essential, but a strong track record in sales leadership and team development is critical.
Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
* Develop and implement a cohesive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across all three offices.
* Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and ensure they are consistently met or exceeded.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Team Management & Development
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 15 sales professionals (growing to 25 within 18 months).
* Manage and support 3 Associate Directors, ensuring each branch operates efficiently and effectively.
* Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of new and existing staff to maintain a high-performing team.
* Foster a positive, results-driven culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Operational Excellence
* Ensure all sales processes and procedures are streamlined and consistently followed across all offices.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism in all client interactions.
* Implement and leverage technology to enhance sales performance and reporting.
* Regularly review and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Travel & Collaboration
* Travel between the three offices as required to provide hands-on support and ensure alignment.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and internal teams.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of leading multiple teams in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams to achieve their full potential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and other technology to drive performance.
* Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
* Ambitious, driven, and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Experience in the real estate or property sector is a plus but not essential.
* Knowledge of international markets and experience working with global clients.
* Experience scaling teams and managing rapid growth.
