This role offers a great opportunity to build your career in one of the nation's leading retail brands and be involved in supporting retail space & merchandising change. You could be working in a similar marketing, category or merchandising role or have a keen interest in joining the retail sector and learning about everything space planning for our stores! Most of all, we are looking for someone who has a good administrative background along with outstanding planning and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a creative flair! You will also need to be able to travel to our Nuneaton office at least 2-3 days per week.
The Role
The Purpose of the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Following promotional planogram changes, ensure accurate delivery of all store distribution changes.
2. Own changes & creation of promotional planogram size variances.
3. Collate store feedback and respond to queries; interrogate promo planogram space issues.
4. While working cross-functionally, action physical promo merchandising builds within our head office ‘mock shop'. Ensure product samples and any additional fixture requirements arrive in a timely fashion.
5. Within the new product creation process, confirmation of product dimensions, image & details.
6. Basic data interrogation/collation.
7. Key support in all store visual merchandising trials and projects.
8. Creation of store communications, visual merchandising builds, layout updates, and reporting on KIPs.
9. Management & maintenance of all secondary product locations.
Location:
This role is based in Nuneaton and may occasionally require travel to our London Hub or any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with a minimum of 2 days presence in the office.
The Person
Key Requirements:
1. Passionate about retail, design, and visual merchandising.
2. Previous visual merchandising and/or space planning experience.
3. Ideally fluent in SketchUp and Photoshop; however, training will be provided.
4. Self-motivated and organised, able to work independently on multiple projects.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Willingness to travel for competitor and store visits, mix of home/office/off-site working.
