Primary Responsibilities
* Conduct site set-out work using engineers’ drawings, site surveys, and producing as-built drawings
* Analyse and interpret technical drawings for site layouts, material measurements, and project specifications
* Oversee subcontractors and the on-site workforce to ensure smooth operations
* Develop and implement efficient work plans to meet project timelines
* Communicate effectively with client representatives and Design Team members as needed
* Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations at all times
* Uphold high-quality standards in all construction activities
* Track and manage materials on-site, ensuring accurate records are maintained
* Prepare detailed site reports and maintain comprehensive documentation
Candidate Requirements
* Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in civil engineering.
* Proficient in IT and construction-related software
* At least 2 years of on-site experience (experience level may vary by role)
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proactive approach with a focus on safety, quality, and meeting deadlines
* Team-oriented with strong organisational skills
* Valid full UK driving licence
