Territory Sales Manager – Medical/Dental Small Equipment Sales
Kinetica are partnered with a global leader in surgical and dental equipment is expanding into the UK, offering innovative solutions to enhance healthcare professionals’ success and patient care. Seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive direct sales to dental and surgical professionals of small equipment across the Midlands area. This is a field based role with expectation to regularly attend face to face meetings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a company's UK expansion, following great success throughout EMEA and US.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, focusing on a customer centered and consultative sales process.
* Conduct product demonstrations and consultations, providing expert advice on product selection.
* Meet sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
* Manage territory independently and attention to maintaining records, pipeline and follow up processes.
* Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
What does an ideal candidate need?
* Sales experience and knowledge in medical or dental equipment.
* Proven track record in territory management and sales.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel.
* Results-driven with excellent relationship-building skills.
* Professional and self-motivated with strong time management.
