Do you have experience in office-based customer service?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to join a reputable company based in Uxbridge. Our client is seeking an assertive and proactive individual to sit within their Customer Service Team and assist with the service desk. This role will start as a 3-month contract but there is a possibility to go permanent in the long term.
Role responsibilities:
1. Answering telephone calls promptly and professionally.
2. Ensuring that fault details are clearly and correctly defined on each call.
3. Understanding and adhering to Customers' contracted SLA's and KPI's that are set for the Customer Service desk.
4. Preparing and sending quotations to clients for parts and labour.
5. Daily Reports for selected clients with updates of each of their open calls.
6. Arranging customer collections.
7. Working closely with all internal teams to achieve total customer satisfaction.
8. Supporting other team members to co-ordinate external sub-contractor processes and relationships.
9. Negotiating with Sub-Contractors to obtain quotes and service client requirements within SLA.
Candidate requirements:
1. Previous telephone-based Customer Service experience.
2. Demonstrate Intermediate MS Office skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
