The main function of the person who will work as an Art Teacher is to form students in relation to the school mission, core values, and characteristics of the student profile of the “XXI Century International Education and Innovation Center” LLC, taking into account the age and learning status of students. Responsibilities include:
1. Planning lesson content and teaching methodologies and implementing them accordingly;
2. Identifying and applying the appropriate assessment methodology and evaluating its results;
3. Taking measures to eliminate the identified gaps;
4. Contributing to the comprehensive development of students;
5. Participating in other activities planned within the academic framework and being a contributing member of a learning and teaching community;
6. Caring for the well-being of students and the community in all aspects of school life and maintaining relationships with parents by following the school's general principles and rules;
Work schedule: 08:00-16:00 (36 hours per week).
Requirements
1. Minimum of 2 years of work experience;
2. Bachelor's degree in teaching Art;
3. Master's degree is preferred;
4. Familiarity with the “State educational standards (curriculum) of general education in the Republic of Azerbaijan”;
5. Knowledge of modern student-centered pedagogical approaches;
6. Effective teaching strategies;
7. Understanding of theoretical and practical aspects of effective classroom management and student behavior management;
8. Proficiency in ICT, MS Office, and modern learning technologies;
9. Fluency in spoken and written Azerbaijani (C2) and English (C1);
10. Care for the well-being of the students;
11. Critical thinking;
12. Problem-solving;
13. Self-motivation and learning;
14. Fairness and responsibility;
15. Coaching, teaching, and development skills;
