What You’ll Be Doing: Delivering veterinary care with compassion and skill Performing medical assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning Conducting surgical procedures, always putting patient safety first Communicating effectively with clients, guiding them through diagnoses and treatments Collaborating with our small, dedicated team to ensure excellent patient and client care Keeping thorough, accurate records and staying compliant with regulations About You: RCVS Registered with 2-3 years of post-graduate experience (preferred) Comfortable working independently and handling sole charge Committed to continuous learning and professional development Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care The Perks: Salary: £40,000 - £45,000, depending on experience Flexible Hours: Full-time or part-time options available, including Saturday mornings and Thursdays Mentorship: Our lead vet holds an ECC certificate and has a passion for teaching, offering mentorship to support your growth Supportive Team: Our head nurse holds an anaesthesia certificate and our experienced support staff are always here to help Continuity of Care: The chance to see cases through, build strong client relationships, and really get to know the local community Why This Role is Special: Joining us now means you’ll be part of a practice that’s growing and evolving, with opportunities to shape your role and truly make a difference.
