Duties: - Understand requirements for testing and agree testing scope with stakeholders - Be accountable for the delivery of testing activities within budget and timescale - May have accountability for management of a test team - Create test plan documents or test strategy for projects, that address the requirements and mitigate the risks of the solution under test - Organise test materials, environments, tools and resources required to deliver the planned testing activities and co-ordinates the delivery of testing against the schedule - Report test progress, risks and test incidents and collect test measurements and metrics - Undertake bid and pre-sales activities where appropriate Experience - You can produce clear and unambiguous test plans that address project requirements and risks - Strong Oracle and database test experience - Managed functional, automation and performance test teams for Oracle - You have managed projects that use automation - Effectively communicate test plans and/or strategies throughout project & customer teams - Successfully delivers all testing activities identified in test plans within budget and timescale constraints - You can produce accurate test cases that address clearly defined requirements - Familiar with range of testing tools - Experience with contributing to bids and testing standards Please note: It is still worth applying even if you do not meet all the requirements above.
