The Role As a Private Client Tax Senior Manager/Associate Director, you will: Manage and grow a varied portfolio of private tax clients. Advise clients on a full range of private tax services, including CGT, IHT, trusts, estates, property tax, and international tax. Review complex tax returns and computations, ensuring high-quality service. Support business development efforts, working closely with partners to win new private client tax work. Oversee and mentor members of the Private Client Tax team, helping them develop their technical and commercial skills. Collaborate with other teams, including corporate tax and advisory, to provide a seamless service to clients. About You To be successful in this role, you should have: At least five years' UK private client tax experience. CTA or ATT qualification (or equivalent experience). Strong technical knowledge across private client tax, with a track record of advisory work. Proven client relationship management skills, with experience in business development. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax matters clearly. A commercial mindset, with a proactive and strategic approach.
