As a Billing Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in managing diverse billing systems to ensure smooth and accurate transactions. Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers through ticketing systems and delivering prompt, professional support to address their needs.
What you’ll do:
1. Respond to and resolve billing inquiries from customers and colleagues with professionalism and efficiency.
2. Develop and update billing processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
3. Assist in monitoring and tracking third-party vendor activities.
4. Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure timely renewal of vendor services.
5. Facilitate the process of vendor account cancellations when required.
6. Support billing import tasks to ensure seamless data integration.
7. Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as Accounting and IT, to complete a variety of tasks.
About you:
1. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Proficient in billing system concepts and operations.
3. Skilled at proactively identifying potential issues related to billing or vendor management.
4. Experienced with billing solutions, including Stripe, Wise, Braintree, PayPal, and others.
5. Strong customer service skills, ensuring positive interactions and effective resolutions.
6. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formula usage.
7. Familiarity with planning tools such as Jira, Trello, and Notion is a plus.
