This is a globally recognised and growing leisure and sport business based in London. They are renowned for their international sporting events loved by millions worldwide.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their high-performing commercial team by recruiting a senior FP&A Analyst / Manager to join the function. This role will be based 4 days in office.
Role
The Senior FP&A Analyst / Manager for this sports business based in London, will work closely with the FP&A Director in providing key insights to senior leadership and taking ownership of financial modelling. They will take ownership on a number of key duties including:
* Ownership of cashflow reporting models and supporting preparation of funding requests.
* Provide key data for the group's long term forecast models.
* Support the development of quarterly forecasts.
* Provide insights into the drivers of financial results for senor management.
* Regularly update and refine financial models to reflect changes in business performance.
* Collaborate with investors to gather information and align models with overall objectives.
* Working with stakeholders across the global operating business to optimise working capital.
* Additional ad-hoc work supporting the finance team.
Profile
The ideal profile for this Senior FP&A Analyst position, should have the following key attributes:
* Qualified analyst with 1-2 years of post qualified experience (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA) in an analytical capacity
* Experience working with large datasets and developing financial models.
* Exposure to mergers & acquisitions would be highly beneficial.
* Advanced experience with Excel.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong commercial acumen and experience in dealing with investors/key stakeholders.
Salary & Benefits
£65,000 to £75,000 plus benefits including:
