$75k super (pro-rata) Full-time 10month maternity leave role Global company Our client is a global leader in manufacturing and gas handling solutions across sectors including power generation, oil and gas, waste water, metals, mining, infrastructure and transport. Due to growth, we’re seeking a Workshop Project Administrator to join their team in this newly created role. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will work closely with leaders and Project Managers on the day-to-day administration, operational and project needs. The role: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the branch whilst providing administration support to the Branch Manager and Project Manager. Assist with preparation of quotes Raise, send and track Purchase Orders Assist with tracking of various projects alongside the Project Manager Invoicing including monitoring the daily / weekly output and accuracy of invoicing and provide accurate reporting to the leadership team. Ensure all appropriate documents/notes are added to the job within CRM system Assist with processing of jobs Processing of timesheets Develop and maintain a communication channel to all stakeholders Ensure office supplies are maintained and purchasing kept within set budgets Arrange contractors and branch requirements as required Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations What we're looking for: Proven experience as an Administrator In-depth understanding of office management procedures Proficient in MS Office An analytical mind with problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities A team player with leadership skills Strong analytical ability Strong organisational and leadership skills Problem-solving aptitude Passionate about the customer Ability to multi-talk Works consistently to provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers.
