**Job Advertisement: Year 5/6 Teaching Assistant - Full Time - North Lancaster (Long Term)**
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic **Teaching Assistant** to join our team and support Year 5/6 students in a general TA role. This full-time, long-term position is based in **North Lancaster**.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the whole class under the direction of the class teacher
- Assist with learning activities and promote a positive classroom environment
- Help students with individual or small-group work as needed
- Provide support for any additional needs within the classroom
- Encourage pupil engagement and participation in lessons
**Requirements:**
- Experience working with primary school children, ideally in upper Key Stage 2
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Relevant qualifications or training are preferred but not essential
